We always try to maintain a pool of trained professionals ready to be staffed on your project. In an unlikely situation, when there is no bench strength available, we will hire to fulfill your needs.
3. What is your hiring process? How do I know I am getting a capable team?
Our hiring process is very stringent. Every candidate undergoes 3 technical rounds and behavioral round of interview before they are hired. On an average, out of every 80 candidates who apply for a position, we make an offer to 1.
4. What kind of environment is my team working in?
We setup your team in our modern office, equipped with high speed fiber connection, ergonomic workstations and lots of open spaces for creativity and productivity. For larger teams, we setup a dedicated office just for you with similar features.
5. You mentioned about technical discussions during Learning sessions. Does my business problem also get discussed?
